Children are welcome. If they are 3 and above, a ticket purchase is required as seating is limited. If you do bring children and they need to let off steam, please respectfully exit the room.

VIP and Preferred ticket holders will have exclusive access to the Exhibiting Areas daily at 8:00 am.
Opening Keynote is daily at 9:00 am.
A “Dave Asprey approved” plated lunch will be served all 3 days of the Conference for ticketed attendees.
There are Morning U morning workouts (taught by master instructors and focused on a certain modality: breathwork, exercise, meditation, etc.) and Upgrade U breakout sessions daily. Recordings of all Keynote and Upgrade U breakout sessions will be available to ticketed Conference attendees for viewing within 30 days after the conference close.
Evenings include community-building events, ticketed VIP Dinners, an ecstatic dance party on Thursday evening and epic dance party on Friday evening.
The closing Keynote by Dave Asprey will be Saturday, June 24th, approximately 3:00 pm. Tech and exhibiting areas will remain open after the Closing Keynote, until 5:00 pm.
Note: Prizes will be awarded from the Main Stage throughout the Conference. Winners must be present in Main Stage Hall to win. Don’t miss out!
Conference dress is casual, as our exhibiting partners will be hosting demonstrations and you want to be comfortable. Due to the stage lighting required for filming (and to keep our presenters from melting), the Main Stage room will be kept VERY COOL, so we highly recommend layered clothing, including a hoodie, wrap, or jacket. There will be a cold plunge experiential activation so bring your swimsuit if you’d like to demo.

24-Hour Market: Designed to meet all your on-the-go needs, the 24-Hour Market has a wide variety of grab-and-go breakfast options.
Coconuts Poolside Bar & Grill: Enjoy a meal while unwinding by the Grotto Pool, with its lush greenery and waterfall. Stretch out in the sunshine, find a shaded umbrella table, or indulge yourself with a private cabana.
B-Line Diner: you’ll enjoy made-to-order comfort food at our classic diner. If you’re looking for American Fare and home cooking, you’ve found the right place.
Fiorenzo: Located at The Atrium on the lobby level, Fiorenzo features classically prepared Italian dishes and Steaks. Reservations recommended.
We understand that “life happens” and, to accommodate any changes, tickets are transferrable for this event.
To transfer, contact support with the name and email of the person you would like to transfer your ticket to, and we will take care of it.
Due to the intimate nature of our event, along with the many moving pieces and parts that make it such a unique experience, we are unable to issue refunds or transfer tickets to future events.
